This initiative targets individuals looking to engage in a meaningful side hustle by contributing to the professional and linguistic development of healthcare workers through OET (Occupational English Test) midway sessions and Medical English Speaking sessions.

This program aims to equip healthcare professionals with the essential pedagogical and linguistic skills needed to teach and facilitate OET midway sessions and medical English speaking classes.

🔍 Program Objectives: Train linguistically capable medical professionals to become certified and confident facilitators for OET preparation and Medical English fluency. Provide them with teaching methodologies, curriculum planning skills, and communication strategies to run high-impact sessions. Support trainees in creating interactive, relevant, and culturally sensitive learning environments for healthcare workers preparing for international practice. 👤 Who Should Apply?

We are seeking:

  • Medical students (clinical years and interns)
